Yes, I have experienced this feeling like someone dripped water on me. It's usually feels like ice water. It's definitely a 'sensation'.

When I sprained my ankle last Sept, I sometimes had the feeling that ice water was being poured down the inside of my lower calf. I had heard some years ago that a torn achilles tendon sometimes feels like this.

I have restless leg syndrome, symptoms of Raynaud's syndrome, hsv and right now suffering burning/stabbing/someone touching me softly feelings
in my left hand/wrist and left thigh in the back.

I think something with the nerves is causing the dripping water sensation and other things I feel. I do have to say I've only felt that dripping water thing about 5 times, all in one week. That was probably in December.
