Repairing damaged nerves

I have damage to some of the nerves in my right forearm I have had several EMGs and they all show the same thing. I've had surgergy to repair the herniated discs in my neck and that seems to be ok but I still have cramping, pain, etc in my arm.

I've got a great neurogolist but he says there is damage to these nerves. I have heard Fish Oil and Evening Primrose are good supplements to take which may eventually improve the problem.


Does anybody have sugestions which might help me out? I'm a musician and this is a real problem for me. Thanks.
