Face, toes, finger tip tingeling

Hi
I have developed tingeling and burning in toes, bi lateral. It then moved to finger tips and some tingeling on left side of face.
I would appreciate ANY input on this.
I have been to a nuerosurgeon, no benifits.
It appears to be progressive.
