Itching under the skin possibly from sun

Can anyone help me? I don't know if I'm posting this question on the right board or not but any feedback would be greatly appreciated. I am itching under my skin and it feels like burning prickles. I have had sun sensitivity for the past 15 years but suddenly has escalated to a whole new level. I was walking around outside 2 days ago on the first sunny day in weeks. I didn't get a sunburn or anything. It's up and down both of my arms with no lesions or rash, it's all my nerve endings under my skin. HELP I'm going nuts!
