Hi Aussie.

Thanks for your response. Reading my supplement bottle, it says cynocobalamin and I take one 1200mcg time release pill with breakfast each morning (so with food).

I've been taking a multivitamin, Vitamin D/Calcium and B12 supplements on a regular basis for the last 3-4 years.

Is there anyway to check the levels in your cells? My B12 levels have been this level for the last few years, never over 290. I want them higher but my doctors feel this level is fine and there would be no ill effects of this level. Except I've read online that below 350 can cause nerve damage and other issues.
