Aussie gave great info on B12,
Methylcobalamin ONLY. To be taken 1000-5000 mcg or 1-5mg a day on empty stomache( is digested in intestines) and no food for a couple hours.
Many have repaired some nerve damage with this B12 taken over a few months!
Helped some in first week but it is hard to fit taking it into day. Already have to take thyroid med same every am.
