Radial Nerve Palsy
Jan 5, 2012
On Dec 20th I went in to see a doctor because a few days ago i woke up and my feet were swollen, i had severe pain in my upper back/lower neck, and my wrist and fingers wouldnt move up, plus there was tingling. I got diagnosed with radial nerve palsy, put on steriods and muscle relaxers. a week later i went back, as the pain wouldnt go away and my hand was worse, plus there was this burning feeling going up and down my arm. now i have an emg and mri scheduled, then i have to see a neurologist. i just started looking for new work, as my seasonal job ended. i have several people wanting to interview me but my doctor says i cant be working. i need to make money. any one have any experience with recovery time? im freaking out and getting frustrated.

I've been dealing with radial nerve palsy for 4yrs with no sign of recovery. It affects everybody differently.Best time for recovery is the early stages within the frist 3 months hope the doc catch you in time. It's a very hard condition to live with over time it gets worse.Find a pain doc and get the right meds.Hope you make a full recovery.
