Hi, my name is Dana and I was wondering if you could help me by answering a question.
I am a 26 year old female, in good shape, 129 lbs, 5' 6". I worked in an office job all last year which required a lot of sitting.
Three months ago, I woke up in the middle of the night with my right leg numb. For the last three months, I have had nerve pain (pins and needles), muscle twitching, trembling (like vibrating), and numbness in my right foot, leg, and buttock. I have had a little bit in my left leg too, but the majority is the right. I went to a neurologist and had all sorts of MRIs but they say my spine is fine and he said it must be all in my head because there's nothing wrong with me.

I went to Physical Therapy and they said it was my piriformis so I've been doing exercises for it. They definitely have helped, but not enough. The numbness is mostly gone but all the rest keeps coming back in spells throughout the day. My other doc said it was my sacroilliac and gave me a cortisone shot but it did not help at all. At first the buttock pain was my lower butt and hip, but now it is my SI joint and hip.

Anything you could tell me would be helpful. I am so sick of this pain. My doc says I need to learn to live with it. But I wake up at night with tingling and pain, so easier said than done

Thank you so much!
