Ulnar Nerve

A little over a month ago I was playing in a flag football game and went to deflect a ball. My arm was in between the ball and the other person, when I deflected the ball I stopped but the other person did not, and as he continued my arm (at the elbow) made a pop sound. I could bend my arm but it went numb through the forearm and third, fourth and fifth finger. I have have sensitivity on the inner portion of the elbow and continous numbness in the fingers mentioned above. In December of last year I had a EMG test done and the doctor said that there was nerve damage to the ulnar nerve, but didnt say how bad and I have not heard anything since that day. I am in the military so it is really hard to get the info that I need. Seeking recommendations and advice on this issue. By the way as I am typing this my fourth and fifth finger are going numb.
