Burning sensation in back, legs, and arms

I have had a burning sensation in my back, abdomen, arms, and legs for several months. It sometimes feels like I am being pinched in different places on my body. I also feel like my body is vibrating. I have had numbness and tingling in my ring finger and pinkies. I have dizziness and vision has changed quite a bit. I have been to a neurologist and he keeps saying come back in 6 weeks. I have had an MRI with and without contrast of the brain and lots of blood work that all comes back ok. I am so frustrated because I am getting no answers. I would love some advise as to what my next steps should be. Thanks! :)
