Having lots of tingling/numbness in both hands & arms

Hi, I am new here...just wanted to ask if anyone has been diagnosed with Neuropathy and what cause yours?? I am being tested for Lupus my Dr. is 70 % sure I have it, but skin bx has not been done yet. Any suggestions on nerve pain, and or Lupus? Thanks in advance!:)
