Iīm sorry to hear about your pain. I too have some nerve issues from prior B12 deficiency but not as bad as you.

You didnīt mention it, but I assume you are on vitamin B12 shots and/or high-dose B12 tablets? Treatment with B12 can reverse some of the neuropathy symptoms, but unfortunately nerve damage than occurred a year or longer ago is unlikely to be reversible.

It is quite common for neuropathy due to vitamin B12 deficiency to be misdiagnosed as various neurologic conditions (diabetic neuropathy, idiopathic and other kinds of neuropathy, MS, etc) or wrongly attributed to other conditions (including fibromyalgia, or even depression/anxiety).

Apart from pain meds, excercise may help if you are able to do it, and psychological techniques such as finding distractions can help.
