... ask your primary doc to simply send you for a contrasted MRI for now. since you are actually having this symptom bilaterally,the most likely place for the ulnar nerve problem could just be some level of "centrally located" issue like a bulged disc that is protuding straight out instead of like a bit more one sided? ... If you are just seeing your primary, you really need to see a neuro.I would also ask to have an MRI done on your head and C spine.This could be stemming from there.The pinky and ring fingers being affected could mean a problem at the low end of the c spine or the the upper T spine. ... ... I agree. I have the same issue, I had the ulnar nerve sheath cut open to release pressure and it helped but the numbness is still there because i have issues with my c5-c6 area of my c-spine. You can get a emg test and they can pin point which nerve is being bothered (8 replies)

I can't speak to your problem with your feet, however, you might wish to consult a podiatrist (sp?), or while you're speaking to a neurologist or neuro-surgeon (again...sp? sorry never did learn to spel in skool) about your numb fingers and cold arms, that seems to me consistant with a herniated disk in the cervical area.
