... I'm hoping you have been to the doctor....esp for the Strep since that at least can be cured. Once you get that knocked out, maybe get on your meds of your Neuropathy and that will give you some relief. You need to at least try and keep drinking water...have to keep fluids in you or that could cause another issue. ... (1 replies)

I am not to sure what is going on with you, but i do know that alcohol is a neuro toxin and large amounts over time do drain the vitamin B out of one's system, vitamin B is essential for nerve support, in alcoholic neuropathy patients they are classicly low in thiamine especially, has any doctor tested your B1 & B12 levels ? its only a simple blood test, but keep in mind... ... The Skin Biopsy is usually THE test for SFN, which was the obvious choice because of your symptoms, so your doctor seems to know about this stuff.
