Weird sensations?

... Hi, I am new to the board. I am a 35yr female. About 2 weeks ago, when I woke up in the morning, my left arm and hand had fallen asleep. I thought I had slept on it wrong. Since then, I've had tingling and weird sensations on both my arms and legs, but not necessarily my hand/fingers and not my feet/toes.
