... Gabapentin plus Cymbalta work for me in taking care of the symptoms, including tingling, of my small fiber neuropathy (SFN). With the other diseases you list, like low Vit B-12 and D and IBS, I might think your small fiber nerves are affected and SFN may be causing the overall tingling.
