I have been having very uncomfortable "electrical shocks" or jolts that start in my middle back and extend up my spine into the neck and back of my head. ... hello fellow sfn folks- this sucks, huh? started with a sore spot in my foot and now i've got burning, shocks, stabbings, and just general pain from toe to head. yuck. i went to mayo in mn and they diagnosed me with idiopathic. i think it originated from nerve damage bc i had scatica from prenancy in the same leg, before the sfn occured. i've been reading all these posts...
