If I hurt during the day, more often than not it gets progressively worse as the day goes on, but on other occasions I'll wake up with it in my feet (and occasionally my hands) already. ... ry couple weeks increase by 25, you can probably come off the neurontin slowly, it can cause swelling too. The topomax will help with migraines, all over pain, nerve pain, back pain. Hope you try it. If you start with side effects just back down for a bit. ... (10 replies)
