... Cubital Tunnel syndrome came about for me as a result of an inury in an automobile accident. Recovery for me was a little slow, but at the end of 3 months post op. I felt so much better. ... I didn't drive for about three weeks, about a week after the stitches came out. Strength and range of motion are the biggest drawbacks to active driving. Stretching my arm to scan my work badge for the reader when I came back to work, (4 weeks post op) was a challenge, but it got incrimentally better every day.
