Also wanted to tell you, the doc said (with the carpal tunnel surgery) - NO LIFTING over the head...I'm not sure what caused your "pop"...but I think you lifted too much too soon after the carpal tunnel surgery...allow yourself plenty of resting & healing time this go round...also the doc told me today that they will give patients pain medicine 8 weeks post op - I think that...
