... Just a quick update-arm is healing nicely, I have full range of motion and the strength is getting a lot better this past week. Only thing that still bugs me is where the bone was shaved. Found a Vitamin E creme (30K IU so I guess it's pretty good), using that as a massage medium when I go over the scar bumps. I feel I'm doing pretty good for have a 3 in 1 surgery :) Thanks... ... hello it is posible the problem is coming from your neck. Try this procedure sit in a chair with your back and kneck straight. Take your right hand with your pointer finger and middle finger then place the two fingers on your chin. Sitting with your back straight push you chin straight back. ... FB, Just an update. Had consultation with my neurosurgeon today to go over test results. He said the entrapment is definitely in the elbows....not the brachial plexus. Asked if it was better and so happened, I started out the day with less numbing in the fingers and hand...first time this has happened....so I will very closely watch how I prop elbows and hope for...
