... I too had ulnar nerve transposition surgery in 08/2008 and it is very painful.It took me about 3 weeks to completeley straighten my arm, but it was very stiff. It helps to use a heating pad or soak the elbow in warm water to help relax the muscles. (9 replies)

... Hello, I had ulnar nerve transposition surgery 2/26/08. Cubital Tunnel syndrome came about for me as a result of an inury in an automobile accident. Recovery for me was a little slow, but at the end of 3 months post op. I felt so much better. I would definitely have the surgery again, if needed!
