Ezorb information
Feb 28, 2006
Hi - I've just been reading about how effective Ezorb is in increasing bone density and so on. I gather it is a newly discovered organic form of calcium (I'm not a scientist or a medic so am having diffiuculty understanding this one). which does not require Vitamin D for absorption (rate of aborption is very high). It's not available in the UK so I would have to buy over the Internet. Has anyone tried it? Does anyone have any information about how effective it is. I'm willing to try anything (almost  ) if it increases bone density effectively.

I have been taking Ezorb for almost a year now and I am very impressed with the results. As I have mentioned before, one indication that it is working (for me) is that I have strong fingernails now and prior to using this they would break and split to the quick, regardless what I did to prevent this. I have not had a Dexa since starting it so don't know if my numbers have changed (due for one in April) but I place less stock in the dexa scan since reading The Myth of Osteoporosis and I would highly recommend it if you haven't read it yet. Weight bearing exercise is necessary as well; in fact, I think even more important than what we ingest!

If you decide to try Ezorb I would strongly suggest you follow the protocol and double the dose for the first 4 months. It is worth the extra bucks to do it right.

Wishing you the best.
