I did take it as recommend, and I am in fifty's..My doc told me I am too young to have scores this bad. As for the numbers I didn't ask and my doc didn't say. I have tryed fosmax, actenal and evistia..Had to stop all the side effects were worst then the diease osteo. I hope the blood test explain something,all though my anxiety is doing me in. Having a family background of osteo, I wondering if this is something I was (unlucky) to have past down to me.

I always get a copy of my tests so that I can see myself exactly what is going on. If I don't understand it I check out the results elsewhere, such as boards like this. Docs tend to be very conservative in their approach, so our philosophy differs. I like Western Medicine for diagnostics but then use alternative therapies. Regardless, though, of your orientation, it were me, I would want to know both the T and Z score of my Dexa. Also, if you have your own copy you can check it yourself with the next one you have done. As has many times been said - knowledge is power.
