... Shortly after starting Actonel I realized I could not stand up for very long before having to sit down and rest my feet. Did not make the connection to Actonel at the time. ... My husband developed "plantar fasciitis" twice over the years working at his job which often entailed hours and days standing on or climbing metal rung ladders. His podiatrist wasn't one to jump on the cortisone bandwagon. Instead he pasted or glued the bottom of my husband's feet. It only lasts 3-4 days before it loosens but in just 2-3 days my husband had complete relief.... (2 replies)
