... odiecat I would encourage you to try the strontium citrate. My femoral neck increased over 6 percent in a year with strontium use. Also you could change your calcium pills to another brand if you think they are not absorbing properly. Good Luck some posters are also using silica or biosil. ... (15 replies)

... Hi Osteo... Take your time with all this stuff, there's no rush to figure out or assimilate it, so take a deep breath. I have so much on my plate, medically, I'm not sure how I'm handling it, but I do have to take a break and just not think or do anything about it.
