... I don't know much about Curves. I Jazzercise 2-3 times a week and was doing so before being diagnosed with osteoporosis (my t-score in the spine was -3.5). I agree with taape about weight-bearing exercises being good. I think weight/strength training should also be helpful. (2 replies)
