... Hi Chloe welcome... Below is a good link from the Univ of WA on Osteoporosis that should explain, t-scores, fracture risk, medications/ treatment, and risk factors for bone loss. All predictors have several variables, so look through the list of things that cause bone loss and see which apply to you. Your scores are in the Osteoporosis range, which you can read about... ... The consultant said I didnt need any treatment as yet. So no osteoporosis, but does the first score mean I have osteopenia. The letter didnt explain anything, bit confusing the T scores etc, anyone help please? ... (4 replies)

... worth the effort to continue doing the good things. Did they make adjustments to scores or did you do like i did and stop the strontium for 30 days prior to the scan and then make your own guesstimates as to how accurate the scores were? ... (14 replies)
