... I have been thinking of trying E-Zorb. One question - do you continue to take the regular calcium like you did before E-Zorb? I have not seen any mention of this. ... the tablets have i think 146mg elemental per TWO tablets ie 73mg in each so quite low it doesnt contain any mag, vit D or K etc i have taken it for about 6months and not sure whether to get another DEXA in march (will be year since first) or swap to cheaper ones and get it in two years (5 replies)
