I also read that soymilk contains 100 times more aluminum (which can cause bone loss), than cow's milk. ... Cathy, I would suggest that you go to the Elixir website and read about the calcium and how it works, etc. This should allay your fears. If you are not willing to follow the protocol they suggest it could take you a great deal longer to achieve any noticable results.
