... orb. I am on the first bottle, taking four a day. I have never had pain in my finger joints until I started taking EZorb. I am totally amazed, as they also claim EZorb helps with arthritis. ... Hi! I looked up NSI strontium and it says not to take at the same time as calcium. Does that mean don't take it with a calcium supplement, as in at the same time of day, or not at all, as in if you take strontium, you should not use any calcium supplements. It's unclear to me. Does strontium replace calcium supplementation? I was wondering if it is okay to try EZORB,... (17 replies)

... Hi, guys! I wanted to chime in on the timing of taking strontium, because when I began a front-line assault on my osteoporosis (which is now osteopenia), I added an awful lot of supplements, including EZorb. Upshot was I decided to take my strontium when I awoke in the middle of the night for a bathroom run. I'm consistent with waking for that, so I knew I could be... (17 replies)
... Thanks so much for the info. Legallyblondied, did the doc have any idea why/how you could have such bad hips and such a great spine? It just seems unusual to me. I will try the strontium, thank you, had no idea where to buy it. Any side effects to watch for? I am so busy with my son's newly diagnosed Crohn's and all that entails I have little time to research my own... (8 replies)
... Thanks for the help! Where do you get strontium? I've not heard of that, the EZORB, or the K2 before finding this board, so have no clue on any of them. I don't plan to do Forteo for now. I'm not at all convinced about it, plus I can't take the chance of side effects for myself with my son needing me so much right now. He's been very ill this week, likely as a reaction to... ... diet is best, but some find that inconvenient. Calcium isn't a risk free mineral so make sure you're absorbing it properly and taking the right kind "for you". Ezorb is calcium asparatate, that boasts it's high ability for absorption, but again I'm not familiar with it since I can't take any supplemental calcium. ... (9 replies)
... I can't answer your questions, Cathy, just wanted you to know that you aren't the only one naturally suspicious of hype and advertising such as this.
