I wish there was one place that would tell the pros and cons about Forteo, Boniva and the others and then list alternatives. Jumping from topic to topic, I just can't keep it all straight. ... Hi: If your insurance won't pay for Forteo, they usually have an appeals process that you could try to get them to pay for some of the cost. Look at your policy for Tier Change, or Drug Exception and follow the rules for trying to get them to pay for it.
