... Well, I found out what all this is about. Originally, I was prescribed 750 mcg./3 mL and THAT'S what they discontinued. So now I'm taking 600 mcg/2.4 mL. They said there wasn't enough market for the 750. Walgreens' pharmacists should have told me this the first time instead of letting me think I had to go back to Boniva. ... Judy in Canada- My doctor gave me the first pen for free. Maybe that was because I already had insurance authorization to go on Forteo, but I thought it was so I wouldn't be out all that money if I had a bad reaction, like chevetc did. Maybe you could get a first month free just to see if you tolerate the drug before deciding to do something radical to get the money to pay... (121 replies)
