... Peppurr: Relax; you wouldn't have made your spinal bone density worse by doing Pilates. Probably the biggest "danger" of Pilates is injuring your low back by improperly performing an exercise. That's wonderful that you've found an instructor who devotes her energies to learning the routine from the standpoint of osteo. My lumbar BMD is -3.4 and I do all kinds of exercises... (19 replies)
