... d some habits.. cut out caffeine just do the decaff now and also cut out soda pop which I drink occassionally.. started eating healhier.. more supplements along with fishoil I do have to start exercising more than I am doing so I just paid membership for gym. ... real laxidazical about taking the strontium, and went on and off it. Because I had no increase in the spine in 2009 I went back on it, and also joined a gym. The gym is fun, but really at 60 I am finding that I really do have to be carefull not to over do it. Too much, can take its toll on my legs and feet. ... (24 replies)
