... My vitamin D levels tested at 32 (35-100). My doctor felt that I should be more in the 50 to 100 range and so I tood 50000IU's per week for 13 weeks. Last test showed my levels at 70. Much better according to the doc. Now I am on a maintenance dose of 1000IU's in addition to what is in my multi and calcium supplements. We will test again after awhile to make sure it is...
