It is hard on the stomach (because it is such a HUGE dose) but those side effects can be minimized by eating something then taking the pill and eating a bit more. This worked the best for me. I didnt lie down for a while after taking it either. I remained somewhat active, which aids in digestion, and this also helped minimize... (3 replies)

... Hi Osteo: I just wanted to mention a couple of things, the first is I found D3 at my local pharmacy in 50,000 IU's. It's one of those Mom and Pop pharmacies, not a large chain, but the pharmacist said he had several sources to order from. If they have it in our small town you should be able to find it near you, if you are looking for it. I'm not taking that type of dose,... (20 replies)
