... Hi granni, the recommended dose for osteoporosis is 2 caps a day. i take mine at bedtime, but as Canna posted she takes hers before breakfast. The brand i use, NSI, says it can be taken with food, but i take it on a mostly empty stomach. Canna mentioned she takes hers before breakfast. ... (24 replies)
