| HPV does not live in the blood, it lives in the skin and is transmisible through skin-to-skin contact. There is no test, without a visible wart or a biopsy of the tissue, for HPV with men - because of this they are considered "carriers" of this disease. The "good" thing about HPV is that you can't be "reinfected" with the same strain, however, seeing as there are about 100 different strains out there, it is COMPLETELY possible to be infected or get infected with more than one strain.
