Pain during sexual intercourse (dyspareunia)
Rectal pain
Pain during bowel movements
Infertility, which may be the only symptom. 8% of all infertility is caused by endometriosis.3
Abnormal bleeding. This is rare but may include:
Blood in the urine or stool.
