Studies show that people with positive margins are NOT more likely to have a recurrence of dysplasia than people with negative margins. That's because the wound is cauterized after the tissue is removed, so often any leftover dysplasia is often destroyed.

Just keep up with your Pap smears and do NOT freak out til it's really time to.
