Advice needed please

I have found a lump high up inside my vagina, its like a pea and on the front wall. It doesnt hurt or bleed.
I have had a hysterctomy but had my cervix left in and not sure if its perhaps scar tissue from that or if it could be something more sinister.
I had a cervical (pap) smear about 18 months ago which came back clear. I am now very worried espcially as I had an elevated CEA result a few months ago but all my tests for colon and ovarian cancer were clear. I have only just noticed this lump but not sure how long it has been there. Has anyone any idea of what this may be and/or can you point me in the right direction for more info
