I just wanted to add that I had a similar experience. I had an abnormal pap that was ASCUS, followed by an immediate biopsy which confimed Moderate dysplasia.
I had NO TREATMENT. Repeated the pap 3 months later and my PAP came back normal.
I don't know what to make of mine. My doc says that mild to moderate dysplasia can cure itself.
I dont know what you have been diagnosed with, but I "think" mine has cleared up. My gyne wants to repeat in another 3 months.

Also, I had a friend that had dysplasia waited a couple months had a cone biopsy that came back NEGATIVE! Somtimes aggresive therapy isnt always neccessary. Please see a gyne and let us know what happens.
