Cancer: Cervical & Ovarian Board Index

I am 29 years old and a mother to 3 children. Since my second child was born I am occasionally afflicted with ovarian cysts. Normally I just ignore the pain and get on with life. This time however, I cannot. I am terribly bloated on my left side from my pelvis up to my ribs and have lots of pain on my left side and mild/moderate pain on my right side. This has been going on now for 10 days. I had an u/s last week and was told I have multiple ovarian cysts on my left side, one of which appears to have burst and one on the right. I wasn't told anything about size, or shape. But that they were typical follicular cyst that should go away on their own within a few cycles. Since this has generally been the case for me I didn't think much of it. Plus my pain and bloating was starting to subside yesterday.

Today however I am in a considerable amount of pain on the left with lots of cramping, pinching and burning. I had the novasure ablation done 9/06 and have had no bleeding since so I have no idea if this would be the normal time for my period or not. Should I be concerned that the pain is increasing or just keep waiting it out? My doctor is out of town for the next few days and I don't agree with the practices of the other doctors in the office so I hesitate to call and ask.

Thanks in advance,
Courtney
