I totally agree with everything said here. I was freaked out about having a LEEP, but I was completely surprised to see how not a big deal it was. It was nothing. I wasn't in pain. It was quick and easy.

And yes CIN 3 is one step from cancer, but it's one enormous step. It takes usually about 10 years to become cancer. Or as my gyn/onc put it, left untreated for a year, there is about a 3% chance that CIN 3 will be come cancer.

The LEEP is all that is needed for the vast majority of women. Some women require a second LEEP, but it is extremely rare for this to become a recurring problem.

So most likely, you'll get the LEEP and then be fine for FOREVER!
