Hi, Bryson. At this point it wouldn't be a bad idea to get a second opinion from another doc to see what options might be available. It depends on how severe your dysplasia was, where it was located, and why it keeps coming back. There are other treaments, like conebiopsy, which can remove more tissue and from deeper in the canal, but whether or not that would be appropriate would depend on your situation.
As annoying as all these repeat LEEPs are (I've had them, so I sympathize!) you really want to explore all your options before you go with a hysterectomy. Its a major surgery and if you are one of the unlucky ones to have problems afterward, that is no fun at all. Before your next procedure, be it LEEP or hysterectomy, take the time to get a second opinion - it never hurts and whatever you decide, you'll have more confidence in your decision. Best of luck.
