... That's great the biopsy only showed CIN 1-2, and there was no canal involvement! I am not sure the LEEP affects your fertility, however there is a small risk it may affect your ability to carry a baby. ... Yeah, it's saying you have dysplasia, which is precancerous lesions caused by hpv. At 6 o'clock just refers to the position on your cervix where the lesion is located (imagine your cervix as a clock face). I am not a medical professional, and so I do not know, from what you've posted, whether your dysplasia is mild, moderate, or severe. Another name for dysplasia is CIN,... (2 replies)

... One more question, Sarsie - your pap came back AGUS (glandular abnormality) but your bx showed squamous dysplasia? ("moderate dysplasia" is the common interchangeable term for CIN2) Ideally, the pap and bx would match (and the specimen would confirm).
