... When I had my laser surgery my insurance would't pay for me to go to the hospital & have it done. My Dr. had to rent the machine & I had to go to his office & have it done. No local, nothing! ... urse was right in your case. You do not need to worry. The doctor will look at your cervix during the colposcopy. He would find cancer if you had it, but that is an unlikely possibility. What he's really looking for is to see how far the abnormalities have progressed. ... (5 replies)

... As far as having a child later after Leep. You can but, you need to wait a year and be clear. The only thing is you my have to have a stitch on your cervix to hold everything up if you become pregnant. Your cervix will be week. ... (7 replies)
... I would suggest looking on websites about your results. I got all of my information about my LEEP on several sites. The LEEP is supposed to get rid of the abnormal cell areas. And I'm pretty sure that the tissues sent to the lab are tested to see if the abnormalities are gone. ... (3 replies)
