... Hi Kosm, I have always had good paps. When my doctor first ran the HPV/dna test it came back positive for high risk HPV. I went to an OB/Gyn who did a colpo (no biopsy) and an ECC. The ECC came back adenocarcinoma in situ and atypical glandular epithelial lesions (atypical outer layer lesions in the canal). From there, I had a cold knife cone biopsy. I don't know how... From what I understand the ECB is liquid based (I assume kind of like how the liquid-pap is better than the "traditional" slide-type pap).
