... tpagm- I was diagnosed with endometriosis - I think. It was quite a while ago but nothing was ever done about it. I have pretty much all those symptoms and I think that's what I was diagnosed because of - symptoms alone - not any exam. ... I would just like to clarify that metaplasia is benign changes to the cells. My understanding is that metaplasia happens when there is healing occuring. Metaplasia can cause "whiteness" to occur when sprayed with the vinegar spray, but are not an indication of dysplastic changes. Metaplasia is NOT the same thing as CIN.
